London UK

London is such a big city you could shop all over it. I’m just talking about the shops i did myself. You can find loads of others on the internet as well as hotelrooms.

But do take the time to visit Valerie’s Blog she made a very nice london page!!!

First of all

1. Westfield shopping center

I went to the Westfield Stratford City shoppingmall . Three floors of stores. I visited the New Look, Monsoon, Forever 21+, The office….

Most plus size brands are present.

How to get there?

Take the central Line (red) tube and get of at Stratford. The shopping is at walking distance. You can see it when you get out of the tube.

I also visited the the Westfield shopping center at shepherds Bush

Evans, Aldo, Debenhams, Next, M&S, House of Fraser and Waitrose, housing over 700 fashion brands!!!

How to get there?

Arrive by tube and you won’t have far to walk. Four Underground stations provide easy access including:

Central Line: Shepherd’s Bush and White City
Hammersmith & City: Wood Lane and Shepherd’s Bush Market

Whichever tube line you choose, the service is fast and frequent. With 30 trains an hour on the Central line, we’re ten minutes from the West End, 20 minutes from the City, 15 minutes from Ealing and 25 minutes from Ruislip. The Hammersmith & City line should get you here in ten minutes from Paddington and under 25 minutes from King’s Cross.

2. Oxford street

Soooo many shops over there impossible to do them all in one day.

I usually get out of the tube at Marble arch and i’ll start shopping right away

4. Camden market

There is a lot of little markets where you can find a lot of clothes,  like little liberty dresses, classic accesoiries…

Do check out the sensational  store site:  street sensation. Give you a view of all the shops by street!!

Where to stay?

London has bed for every wallet. You’ll find hostels but also very nice hotels.

I stayed at the Park Hotel (Lancaster gate) classic, very nice. To recommand but kind a expensive.

Another one is the Megaro Hotel (Kings cross) A 5min walk to St Pancras Station to the Eurostar. Perfect if you leave early or arrive late. Very nice hotel great breakfast.

How to get there?

I always take the Eurostar. At least i don’t loose all that time at the airport (and coming to London afterwards). Eurostar brings you till St Pancras, already in London city. If you take your traintickets like 3 months in advance, you can find one way tickets as from 44 Euro.

It’s a 2h trip and you win one hour when going ‘cause of the time difference!
